1. Return Policy Overview

At LuxeStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Our return policy is designed to be as simple and convenient as possible. We offer free doorstep pickup for all eligible returns β€” no need to visit any store or courier office.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be intact and attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (box, bag, cover).
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any) must be included.
  • For electronics, the item must not show signs of physical damage or water damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Opened beauty, skincare, and fragrance products
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Perishable or consumable products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

4. How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is easy and takes less than 2 minutes:

  • Step 1: Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID.
  • Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Step 3: Choose your return reason from the dropdown.
  • Step 4: Select your preferred refund method (original payment or store credit).
  • Step 5: Schedule a pickup date (within 2–3 business days).

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund credited within 5–7 business days after pickup.
  • UPI / Wallet: Refund within 1–3 business days.
  • Credit / Debit Card: Refund within 5–7 business days (may vary by bank).
  • Net Banking: Refund within 3–5 business days.
  • LuxeStore Credits: Instant credit to your account (valid for 1 year).
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via NEFT/bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  • Initiate the exchange through Track Order (same as return process).
  • Select "Exchange" instead of "Return".
  • Choose the new size/color you want.
  • The new item will be dispatched once we receive your original item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos/video of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Shipping charges will be borne entirely by LuxeStore in such cases.

8. Return Shipping

For all eligible returns and exchanges, we offer free doorstep pickup across all serviceable pin codes. You do not need to pay any shipping charges for returns. In rare cases where our courier partner cannot reach your location, we may ask you to ship the item back using India Post, for which we will reimburse the shipping cost (up to β‚Ή150) upon submission of the postal receipt.
