These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LuxeStore website (luxestore.in), mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by LuxeStore Private Limited ("LuxeStore", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

All products listed on LuxeStore are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions without prior notice.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may change without notice due to market conditions
• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and notify affected customers
• Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly in color due to screen calibration
• Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers/brands — LuxeStore is not responsible for inaccuracies in such descriptions

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item
• We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment failure
• All payments must be made in full at the time of order
• We do not store your payment card details — all transactions are processed by PCI-compliant payment gateways
• In case of payment failure, your cart will be saved and you may complete the payment later

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. LuxeStore is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund
• LuxeStore is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes and offers are subject to the following conditions:

• One promotional code per order unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without notice
• Misuse of promotional codes (including creating fake accounts) will result in account suspension
• Cashback and loyalty points are subject to their own specific terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LuxeStore — including logos, graphics, text, photographs, videos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of LuxeStore Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the website
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business
• Resell products purchased at promotional prices for commercial gain

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuxeStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use our Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through our customer support team before initiating any legal proceedings. Most issues are resolved within 7–14 business days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
